Female 150 pound or less = 1200-1400 calories; 150-190 pounds = 1400-1600 caloires; 190 pounds = 1600-1800 calories. 
 
Male 150-200 pounds = 1600-2000 calories; 200 + pounds = 2000-2600 calories.
