Anissa struggled with her weight most of her life growing up. She finally conqured all her weight issues after joining our program. 
Here is her story: 
"It seems like my entire life I've had a weight issue. 
Even though I've always been active and played sports, food has always been my problem.
I didn't know what to eat or what foods were right for my body type and portion control has been a big issue. 
So much so that when I was 15 years old my weight ballooned up to 250 pounds. GetCut Fitness 84 1
As I got into my 20's my personal health started becoming a big issue.
At a doctors appointment my health care professional told me that my health was in danger because my blood pressure was so high.
I left that appointment feeling even worse about myself and so discouraged, I never went back to that doctor.
However, that appointment was the wake-up call I needed and it started me on the path to fixing my health.
I had been looking for a place to kick start my fitness goals and my mom and sister had been going to Get Cut Fitness.
They had gotten great results so I decided to try it.
I initially started at Get Cut to jump-start my fitness goals and ultimately fit into my wedding dress the next year. 
However, once I started at Get Cut, there was no stopping me.
Just recently I finished the Drop 2 Sizes challenge.
We were tasked from the beginning to choose an article of clothing we would like to fit in within 8 weeks.
At first, I was hesitant about choosing what to wear because I didn't have the confidence to try on something I wasn't sure I would fit into.
After some thought I ended up going to the store and actually purchased a pair of jeans. 
They were a full 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing, and I couldn't even pull them up over my thighs.
But they did end up being a great motivator to help me focus on my goal.
Once we started the challenge, I was so motivated by the simplicity of how it worked. 
No scales, no measurements, no calorie counting. 
Just natural, whole foods eaten at the right times throughout the day combined with the amazing workouts at Get Cut Fitness.
The next eight weeks were challenging, between holidays, birthdays and just life in general; but I made it a point to focus on each day and to not sweat the little things.
I made smart and deliberate choices and in no way deprived myself. I stuck to my healthy eating plan and exercise and the results were visible.
At eight weeks I tried on my jeans and was amazed at the results. THEY FIT! I could not believe it.
Two years ago, when I started Get Cut Fitness, I was wearing a size 14/16. At the end of the Challenge I went down to a size 4/6!
It has not been an easy. It has taken a lot of hard work and dedication. I've changed my health and my entire outlook on food and I haven't looked back.
I have enjoyed every minute of the process, even waking up at 4am to make it to the 5am classes. 
Most importantly I can say this program has completely changed the way I view food. 
The nutritional guidance I've received has made food a positive thing and I don't ever feel I have to 'diet' again.
All I can say is a big THANK YOU to everyone at Get Cut Fitness.
